About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated JR. Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming, basic to intermediate SQL skills, and a solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML) concepts. Exposure to Deep Learning, Agent building and NLP techniques will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with datasets to clean, preprocess, and perform exploratory data analysis.
- Develop and implement ML models.
- Write efficient Python scripts for data processing and analysis.
- Query and manipulate data using SQL.
- Collaborate with team members to solve real-world business problems using data-driven insights.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in ML and AI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and ML tasks.
- Basic to intermediate SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Machine Learning and LLM concepts.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Understanding of Agentic AI and optimization techniques.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools or libraries.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
