Jr. Java Developer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Lead Generation Executive to support our business development efforts in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating qualified leads for IT services, cloud computing, and data solutions, and be adept at working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling) to generate qualified leads in the US market.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients across verticals including BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing.
- Identify decision-makers and influencers at target companies and initiate contact.
- Set up appointments and demos for the sales team with high-quality prospects.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience (5–6 years) in B2B lead generation focused on the US market.
- Domain knowledge in IT services, data solutions, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience working in US EST shift is a must.
- Hands-on expertise with CRM and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo).
- Strong analytical skills and result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience working with IT consulting or SaaS firms targeting North America.
